‘Eliza has been participating in Moov since its inception. Her general fitness has really improved since starting and she doesn't like to miss a session. Eliza loves the variety of trainers but most importantly the social interaction she has with other participants. Being the only people using the gym at the time, there is no intimidation as to how they look whilst exercising.’
