Our 'Walk and Chat' group provides an opportunity for people to learn how to socialise whilst incorporating healthy movement. This group promotes incidental exercise, teaches skills about how to access the community safely and increases awareness about concepts such as road safety, being sun-smart and how to look after a friend when in the community.

Other programs

We facilitate a variety of programs to promote healthy movement and incidental exercise. These programs also support individuals to develop their social skills and increase safety when accessing the community.
